Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year in service department.

  • Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus.
  • Ability to identify problems quickly.
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair/service procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly.
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information.
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
  • Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history.
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
  • Establish follow up time.
  • Monitor progress of each vehicle and update customers frequently.
  • Verify final invoice matches work performed.
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
