Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor at our Freightliner of Philadelphia dealership located in Levittown, PA. The successful candidate will act as the main contact between customers and the service shop, selling services and conducting a visual safety inspection of customer vehicles.

We seek individuals with at least one year of experience in service, sales, or customer service who can address customer needs effectively and maintain high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in service roles, sales or customer service is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be the main contact between customers and the service shop.
• Ability to sell services and address customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities
