Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret general business procedures and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work in the service department.
• Sell additional services to customers.
• Greet customers and determine nature of their mechanical problems.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain approvals.
• Maintain CSI and quality by following repair orders and managing customer communications.
• Deliver vehicles and handle follow-up on additional items identified during service.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience
