Super Star Car Wash is hiring Service Advisors in Phoenix, AZ to drive high-volume sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle customer inquiries, present detailing packages, and write service tickets to specification, aiming to exceed customer expectations and sales goals.

The role offers hourly base pay plus commissions, with weekly commission payouts, full-time employment, and benefits including health care.

Responsabilités

• Follow company standards for welcoming customers & checking them in for service, gathering information from the customer and explaining the products and services offered, assisting the customer with any inquiries they may have regarding their vehicles, then write a service tickets to specification.
• Inform the customers of other detailing packages that are available and try to sell additional services based on the customer's needs or wants.
• Recommend and introduce new products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
• Communicate with customers from initial contact all through completion of maintenance, always ensuring that customer's expectations are not just met but exceeded.
• Promote a clean, safe, and healthy experience for our guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve problems. Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds (occasional up to 50#).

Pay Transparency

Base Pay: $15.00-$16.00 /hour + Commissions

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location.
