• Requires standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift or move items exceeding 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and bids tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Solicit new customer accounts and actively manage existing and unsold accounts.
• Coordinate and direct delivery and installation of products and equipment.
• Support store sales objectives and contribute to overall profitability.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Manager, Store Manager, and other team members regarding customer needs and order status.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support store operations and sales goals.

Summary

The Service Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth and profitability. This role engages prospective and existing customers to sell retail, commercial, industrial, agricultural, intermodal, OTR/earthmover, and retread tires, along with road hazard programs and recommended services. The position supports daily store operations by accurately assessing customer needs, preparing quotes and estimates, and coordinating delivery and installation, while upholding Colony Tire Corporation’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.
