Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will interact directly with customers to determine product needs and services, suggesting add‑on sales to boost average transactions and providing price estimates for installations before scheduling.

You will keep customers informed on work progress and ensure smooth service delivery. This role emphasizes strong computer skills, excellent organization, and adherence to departmental procedures, with experience in RV products

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Strong computer usage and internet search ability.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow‑up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission‑based role with uncapped commissions.
