Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, and strong organizational and follow-up skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred for on-site work and occasional lifting is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service experience required.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services and provide admin support to Service Department.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transaction value.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and status.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more.
