Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Newport News, VA. In this role you will work directly with customers to determine specialized product needs and services, and you will help drive add-on sales while ensuring accurate price estimates for installations.

You should have at least one year of service experience and be comfortable using a computer, performing internet research, and following department procedures. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
