Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Minneapolis. You will initiate and process repair-service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

We value at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping, strong computer and internet-search skills, and excellent organization. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and physical duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
