Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Responsibilities include assessing product needs, suggesting add-ons, and preparing price estimates for installations. A computer and internet research skills are essential, with an emphasis on strong organization and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more.
