Job summary

Vogt RV Centers at the Airstream of DFW location seeks a Service Advisor to bridge customers and our service team, ensuring every repair and visit is handled professionally and efficiently.

You will help owners maintain travel trailers and motorhomes, contributing to a team-driven, growth-oriented culture in a full-time Fort Worth, TX role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RV or automotive service experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Reliable commute to Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow.
• Document customer concerns clearly and accurately.
• Communicate repair needs effectively with technicians.
• Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Secure customer approvals before repairs begin.
• Ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
