Job summary

Chapel Hill Tire in Durham, NC seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to guide customers through their vehicle service journey with a friendly, sales-minded approach.

You will recommend services, keep customers updated on repairs, and collaborate with our parts coordinators and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required, but welcomed.
• Sales/customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work with the general public
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Handle and prioritize phone calls, in-person customers, and communication with technicians

Pay: Hourly + Commission + Bonuses = Annual Compensation of $50,000-$85,000+

(Top Advisors Can and do Earn More, pay incentive for ASE's as well or we can help you get them!)
