We’re a growing, high-touch wealth management firm with a strong reputation and a commitment to doing things the right way. As we grow, we are focused on building the right systems, processes, and team to support our clients while maintaining the personal relationships that have always been at the core of our firm.

The Position:

As a Client Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting client relationships and overseeing day-to-day account administration. This position is responsible for driving execution, maintaining exceptional attention to detail, and delivering a high standard of client service throughout every stage of the client journey. You will partner closely with clients and internal team members to ensure requests are handled efficiently, accounts are serviced accurately, and follow-up actions are completed seamlessly. Through your commitment to excellence, you will help strengthen client relationships, provide exceptional client experience, and support the firm's continued growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular client outreach and review meetings to discuss investment allocations, financial objectives, and risk tolerance; document notes, recommendations, and follow-up actions in CRM to ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Manage client action items from initiation through completion to ensure timely follow-through and a seamless client experience
  • Support account management and service activities through Raymond James, including account maintenance, transfers, and documents processing
  • Assist with trade execution, cash management requests, and ongoing account servicing and management
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, delivering a seamless and professional experience from account opening through implementation

  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client and business needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Contribute to special projects, operational enhancements, and firm-wide initiatives to support business growth and continuous improvement
Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, with a proven ability to manage tasks to completion and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, adapting to evolving priorities and navigating ambiguity with confidence and initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients, advisors, and team members
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership, contribute where needed, and support the success of the broader organization
Salary & Benefits:
