Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking a courteous Server to help with resident and guest meals, assist with menu orders, and keep dining areas clean and organized. You will provide beverages, refill condiments, and support tray service while following safety and confidentiality policies.

The role requires good language skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist residents with menu orders and provide beverage service.
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar and keep dining areas clean.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Assist with tray service and dining room setup/cleaning.
• Follow sit-down service techniques and proper food handling.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and interact politely with residents, guests, and staff.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum kitchen and dining areas; complete other duties as assigned.
• Be attentive to residents' special needs (mobility, memory, etc.).
