The property features 70 accommodations, recreational amenities including tennis and pickleball courts, wellness offerings, a working farm, Marker’s Space, a marina, and two distinct dining outlets: Salt & Meadow Restaurant and Fish Hawk Oyster Bar. Job Summary The Server plays a key role in delivering elevated, seamless dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized service throughout each shift. Servers ensure guests receive polished hospitality with precise timing, strong menu knowledge, and genuine engagement rooted in Chesapeake storytelling. By anticipating guest needs, guiding guests through the menu, delivering food and beverages with care, and maintaining refined service standards, Servers create memorable dining experiences that reflect the exceptional quality and service of the Tides Inn. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury hospitality and are seeking to grow within a fine dining environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining service; luxury resort experience preferred. Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor. Knowledge of elevated service standards, table etiquette, and dining room operations. Interest in regional cuisine, wine, and hospitality storytelling. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to lift and carry trays or equipment up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours). High School Diploma or equivalent.
