Red Robin is hiring servers in Monona, Wisconsin. You will take orders with handheld tech, serve meals and beverages promptly, and deliver a fun, guest-focused experience. The base pay is $2.33 per hour plus tips, with additional compensation opportunities and discounts for you and your family.

Server Pay Rate: $2.33 + TipsRed Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

Server:

You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips.

Must be 18 or older.
