Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking servers to deliver excellent dining service to residents in our community. You will set and clear tables, take orders, and help with meal preparation and events.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided, and you will join a team that values residents and strong service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide high-level service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of meals, banquets, and events.
• Foster teamwork and positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Clean and sanitize dining room surfaces and equipment.

What You Will Do As a Server

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
