Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Bell Court Gardens is hiring for a Server position in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on delivering exceptional dining service to residents and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room. Training is provided and paid, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

The position pays hourly wages in the $15.45–$18.54 range, with benefits including holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement where eligible.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $15.45/hr - $18.54/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
