Job summary

Atria Senior Living Stamford is seeking a Server to support dining services for our residents. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction in a warm, community setting.

Position offers on-the-job training, with pay during training. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, plus a 401(k) employer match and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $16.94/hr - $20.33/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
