Job summary

Atria Senior Living in San Juan Capistrano, CA is seeking a friendly Server to welcome residents, take dining orders and ensure a positive dining experience. You will assist with meal prep, service and cleanup while building rapport with residents and teammates.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided, and benefits support a healthy work-life balance. This is a great entry role in a caring senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide high-level customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of meals, banquets and events.
• Foster strong teamwork and build positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining room surfaces and equipment.

What You Will Do As a Server

• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
