Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Marina Place is seeking a Server to support dining services for residents. No prior experience is required, as paid on-the-job training will prepare you to deliver exceptional service and help residents enjoy meals in a welcoming community.

You will set and clear tables, take orders, and assist with meal preparation, delivery, and events. A supportive team environment helps you build relationships with residents and coworkers while maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• No experience required to start; on-the-job training provided.
• Employer offers paid on-boarding to get you trained as a server.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide high-level customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Foster teamwork and positive relationships with residents and staff.
• Clean and sanitize dining room surfaces and equipment.

What you will do as a Server

• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.00/hr - $20.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
