Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Newport Beach is seeking friendly servers to join our dining team. You will set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, and deliver high-quality service in a warm, caring community.

No experience is required; we offer on-the-job training and a supportive environment with benefits like health, dental and 401(k). The role provides meaningful interactions and opportunities to grow within our growing senior living family.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.00/hr - $20.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
