Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Larson Place in Hamden, CT is seeking a Server to join our dining team. You will set and clear tables, take residents' orders, and deliver high-quality service with a focus on resident comfort and safety.

No experience is required and we offer on-the-job training, paid holidays, PTO, health and life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and tuition reimbursement. The role provides a supportive team environment and opportunities to grow within the community.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $16.94/hr - $20.33/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
