Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Foster City, CA is seeking a Server to join our dining services. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and provide outstanding customer service to residents.

You will assist with meal prep, delivery, and events, while building a strong team culture and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment for residents.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• On-the-job training – paid training.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders and provide high-quality service.
• Review menus with residents and introduce dining at Atria to new residents.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Foster teamwork and positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Clean and sanitize dining room areas, equipment and surfaces.

Responsibilities

What you will do as a Server

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.


• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.


• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.


• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.


• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.85/hr - $21.42/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
