Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a server in Foster City, CA. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and provide top-notch service to residents. You’ll review menus with residents and help new residents navigate dining options, while assisting with meal preparation, delivery, and event cleanup.

Work alongside a collaborative team, building relationships with residents and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. On-the-job training is paid and encouraged for growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• On-the-job training provided and paid.

What You Will Do As a Server

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
