Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Southpoint Walk in Durham, NC is seeking dedicated servers to deliver compassionate dining experiences for residents. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and assist with meals and events, while building strong relationships with residents and teammates.

No prior experience required. On-the-job training is paid as you learn the ropes of resident dining, service standards, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $14.00/hr - $16.80/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
