Job summary

Atria Senior Living’s communities are hiring entry-level dining staff in Durham, NC. Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and deliver high-quality service in a warm, community-focused environment.

You will assist with menu reviews for residents, help with meal preparation and service for daily meals, banquets and events, and work with a team to maintain a clean, inviting dining area. Training is paid and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take dining orders and provide high-quality service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents to dining.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
