Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Part-Time Server to provide prompt, courteous service of food and beverages to residents and guests, while maintaining the dining area and adherence to safety protocols.

The role involves order management, resident interaction, quality assurance, and assisting with meal preparation under supervision to ensure a positive dining experience for our residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Take food and beverage orders, relay to kitchen staff, and deliver meals accurately and promptly to residents and guests.
• Resident Interaction: Respond to resident and guest requests in a timely manner and engage with diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure beverages are properly prepared and orders meet quality standards, including temperature, appearance, and doneness.
• Community Concerns: Address dining room issues or concerns and elevate to management when necessary.
• Meal Preparation Support: Assist with meal preparation and assembly under the direction of the Cook or Dining Services Manager, following standardized recipes and menu guidelines.
• Food Safety & Storage: Label and date food items appropriately, maintain proper storage, dispose of waste correctly, and follow all sanitation standards.
• Dining Room Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
• Temperature Logging: Complete required temperature logs during each shift to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Order Handling: Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing food and supply deliveries as needed.

Qualifications
