Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group in Conroe, Texas is hiring a part-time Server to deliver prompt, friendly service in our residential dining program. You will take orders, assist with meal service, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of food service experience; local food-handling certifications are a plus. This role offers a supportive team and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certifications: Must obtain and maintain any required local or state food handling, supervision, or sanitation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals accurately and promptly to residents and guests.
• Respond to resident and guest requests in a timely manner and engage with diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Ensure beverages are properly prepared and orders meet quality standards, including temperature, appearance, and doneness.
• Address dining room issues or concerns and elevate to management when necessary.
• Assist with meal preparation and assembly under the direction of the Cook or Dining Services Manager, following standardized recipes and menu guidelines.
• Label and date food items appropriately, maintain proper storage, dispose of waste correctly, and follow all sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
• Complete required temperature logs during each shift to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing food and supply deliveries as needed.

About the Role:

The Server provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverages to residents and guests, ensuring all quality and service standards are consistently met. This role also maintains the cleanliness and organization of the dining area while adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols, contributing to a positive dining experience.
