Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly server to join our dining team. You will set and clear tables, take residents’ orders and ensure exceptional service, while helping residents enjoy their meals and community events.

You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver daily meals, assist with banquets and events, and maintain a clean dining area. No prior experience is required and on-the-job training is provided.

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $16.50/hr - $19.80/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
