Job summary

Atrium Hospitality seeks a part-time team member at Tucson Marriott University Park, 880 E 2nd Street, Tucson, AZ 85719. You will greet guests, handle dining reservations, and provide attentive table service in a fast-paced hotel dining setting.

The role requires customer service experience, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation starts at $12.45 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities described by Atrium.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage dining reservations, and provide attentive table service.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process guest payments and ensure proper reporting of tips.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining stations and service areas.
• Support team by assisting with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries.
