Job summary

The Residence at Shelburne Bay by LCB Senior Living is seeking part-time servers for all shifts, including weekends, 6:30am-2:30pm, with a wage band of $18.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience.

Join an amazing team and help provide a dining experience for residents. Responsibilities include setting tables, taking orders, serving beverages, and assisting with events, while upholding food safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a dining atmosphere.
• Set tables according to LCB standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders.
• Clean and replace used dishes, utensils, glasses, and linen.
• Assist with dining enhancements and special events.
• Adhere to quality enhancement standards and food safety practices.
• Assist with preparation and execution of menus and dining programs.

Apply today for immediate consideration!**Part Time - All Shifts Available****Weekend Shifts - Breakfast and Lunch, 6:30am - 2:30pm!**Wage band: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour based on years of experience!What We Offer:Part-Time Associates (24- 29 hours):Paid Time OffHoliday PayWork with an Amazing Team!Possibility for tuition reimbursementRewarding role working with seniorsEssential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.Work closely with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.Set tables in accordance to LCB standards.Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.Review daily menu with residents.Takes and delivers accurate meal orders to residents and guests.Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as needed.Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.When applicable acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options and hours.Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.Communicate resident likes and dislikes to food service director and/or dining room manager for menu planning purposes and resident satisfaction.Create a strong sense of team work and cooperation among all staff.Attend pre-meal stand up held for all dining and kitchen staff.LCBs Non-Discrimination Policy:LCB, including its managed care communities, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
