Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is looking for friendly Servers to join our team in a dynamic, dine-in environment. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and ensure memorable dining experiences by serving with a smile and attention to detail.

As part of our culture, you’ll practice safe food handling, stay aware of allergens, and use the POS system to process orders precisely. Training and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior server experience in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Knowledge of food allergens and safe handling procedures.
• State beverage service certificate where required.
• Ability to operate a POS system quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and memorable dining experiences.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Work with team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Duties

Our Servers are team players that work well in a fast-paced environment. They practice safe food handling procedures and have an awareness of food allergens, including where to find more information and take proper steps. They follow company policies and procedures. Maintaining knowledge of new and existing programs to successfully implement and support company goals. They operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately and uphold cash handling procedures. All servers are required to have their state-mandated beverage service certificate (in states where applicable).
