Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a dedicated Server for Tala Beach, joining our Food & Beverage team to deliver attentive service for outdoor dining experiences. You will help ensure memorable guest moments through precise, friendly service and a proactive approach to guest needs.

In this role, you’ll work within a 24-hour operation, coordinating with teammates to maintain smooth service, uphold Starwood's hospitality standards, and contribute to a sustainable, guest-focused experience.

• Basic knowledge of banquet operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
