P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring for a Server - Takeout in Ohio. The role focuses on ensuring guests have a courteous, prompt takeout or curbside experience, handling orders from placement to delivery and guiding guests through the menu with hospitality and care.

Applicants will learn and perform all steps from order processing to packaging while maintaining high sanitation standards. Training is provided and the position emphasizes exceptional guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Job Summary:

As a Server - Takeout, you will ensure guests' needs are met courteously and promptly, creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience.
