Job summary

Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection in Santa Fe, New Mexico, invites you to join our dining team as a Server Assistant. Your attentiveness and teamwork will elevate every guest’s visit and support the service staff to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences.

Key duties include setting up and clearing tables, delivering beverages, assisting guests, collaborating with servers, and maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards in the dining area.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Back Server preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
• Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience.
• Assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
