Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a friendly SERVER for our Little Rock area location. You will greet guests, guide them through menus, and work with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

We value upbeat attitudes, strong guest relations, and excellent communication. This role is non-exempt and part of our team culture focused on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the Guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Guide Guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed Guests' expectations.
