Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a dining team member to serve residents and guests in our in-house fine dining restaurant. You will participate in a made-to-order dining experience with seasonal menus, high-quality ingredients, and a focus on work-life balance, including no late nights.

The role involves presenting menus, taking and relaying orders, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment while upholding food safety standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or restaurant environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of sanitization and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service. Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food orders and relay to kitchen; serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Assist in keeping dining tables, chairs, floors, linens and stations clean, bussed and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.
