Job summary

Senior Resource Group in the United States seeks a friendly dining room server for our in-house restaurant, delivering made-to-order dining to residents and guests with seasonal menus and high-quality service.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. You will keep dining areas clean, write orders to the kitchen, present menus, answer questions, and maintain required food handler certifications as part of a collaborative team.

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Maintain required food handlers certifications.
• Provide friendly service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
• Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked.
• Maintain required food handlers certifications

Job Description

Crisp linen tablecloths, fine china and top-quality fresh ingredients; this is made-to-order dining at its finest. • Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service. Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
• Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked.
• Maintain required food handlers certifications
