Emery Hotel, Autograph Collection in Minneapolis is seeking upbeat seasonal Server staff for a vibrant pop-up bar experience. Join a luxury boutique hotel team delivering exceptional guest service during peak holiday periods.

Seasonal positions run 11/15/25 through 12/28/25 with evening shifts, weekends and holiday nights. Dress festively (wardrobe provided) and help create memorable experiences for guests in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities include guest service, beverage preparation, order taking, table maintenance, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
