What to expect...

Cogir Senior Living is hiring a friendly, empathetic, and energetic server for one of our beautiful retirement communities, Solista Carson City by Cogir, which is part of our Solista Independent Living portfolio.

As a Server in our community restaurant, you help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service guests expect in their favorite restaurant. Our resident satisfaction starts with you!

This is a part-time position with short shifts. It's ideal for high school students or candidates with no previous experience. This is a non-tipped role. Weekend availability is required.

Our shifts are: Breakfast: 7:45a-9:15a, Lunch: 11:45a - 2:15p, and Dinner: 4:45--7:30p.

What will you do as a Server?

• Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile.
• Maintain a clean dining and service area for all.
• Help with bussing tables at the end of food service.
• Reset tables for the next meal service.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.
• Quick two-hour shifts available.
• Great for new job seekers.

• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
