$3.63 per hour + tips

Server

We are hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who can connect with our guests; meeting and even anticipating their needs to provide a one of a kind dining experience that keeps them coming back!

Great communication skills are a must, as is the capability to work as part of a dynamic team. Are you someone who has tons of energy, great attention to detail, and an awesome personality?

Servers must be able to lift 15-30lbs, handle cash transactions, stand for the length of the shift, and keep pace with our guests from casual lunches to packed Saturday nights. Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will be based on shift availability and management discretion. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance to team members averaging at least 30 hours a week, after the first year. The Rose Group requires participation in a mandatory tip pooling arrangement of 3% net sales from each shift with other qualified tipped employees.
