Job summary

QSL Management proudly operates senior living communities and is seeking a Server for The Barclay at Boynton Beach. The role emphasizes gracious hospitality, food and beverage service, and teamwork in a resort-style setting.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, assisting with bar/coffee shop, maintaining standards, and supporting events on weekends. Must have high school diploma, ServSafe, and hospitality experience; flexibility is essential in a residents-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements.
• Food server/hospitality experience required.
• Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements.
• Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment and prepare food meeting hospitality standards.
• Knowledge of a POS system preferred.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food/beverages.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in dining areas.
• Take orders and coordinate with team to deliver prompt, world class service.
• Set and reset tables per company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Maintain stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of house.
• Assist with special events and activities.

Primary Responsibilities of the Server - PT - All Shifts - Must Include Weekends

• Ensure that all residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and have a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guiding guests through menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food and beverages.
• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in all dining areas.
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to deliver great food in an organized manner as to deliver prompt, world class service
• Sets and reset tables in line with company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of the house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested

Requirements
