True Connection Communities Verena at the Glen in Glen Allen, VA is hiring a Part-Time Server to deliver a best-in-class dining experience. Shifts run 7am-2:15pm, 7 days a week with the need to cover 3-4 shifts weekly, at an hourly rate of $17.00.

Qualifications

Job Purpose

The Server role is the most important role in delivering best in class dining experience, as they are the first and last contact with Residents and have the ability to resolve any service issues as they arise. A Server’s responsibility is attending to diners before, during and after their meals by helping them place and receive their orders. They also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service period.

Schedule

Shifts are 7am-2:15pm with availability 7 days a week. We are looking for an individual to cover 3-4 shifts a week.

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Working Conditions

The Server works in a dining room and spends most of their shift on their feet. They carry trays of food, dishes, or glassware, which are often heavy. During busy dining periods, the server position are under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently.
