Avera Health in South Dakota is seeking a PRN dietary support aide responsible for accurate meal tray assembly and dishwashing, maintaining sanitation, and serving residents according to dietary restrictions. Responsible for accurate meal tray assembly and dish washing procedures to maintain sanitation. Responsible for trayline set-up and storage of trayline foods. Responsible for accurately serving food to the residents, following any dietary restrictions, accurate preparation of resident nourishment's, maintain set department sanitation standards and time management. Follow simple recipes. Responsible to assist the Production Cook position with light meal preparation such as preparing sandwiches, opening cans of food etc.
