Job summary

Smith Village's dining team is seeking a Part-Time Server to join our senior living community in Orland Park, IL. Shifts are Monday–Saturday 4:00pm–7:30pm and Sunday 12:30pm–6:00pm with an additional 10% weekend pay differential.

Starting pay rate is $17.05–$17.45 per hour, commensurate with experience. Weekend availability is required; this role is year‑round, not seasonal, and focuses on delivering a fine dining experience to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for serving residents in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner
• Becomes familiar with the culinary likes and dislikes of residents using active listening skills.
• Handles food and utensils in a safe and sanitary manner.

Job description

Server

Monday -Saturday: 4:00pm- 7:30pm

Sundays and Holiday: 12:30pm -6:00pm
