Vivie is seeking a Part Time Server to provide exceptional dining service to residents in a community setting. You will assist with seating, help residents choose meals, and foster warm connections to enhance mealtime experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting the dining and culinary teams. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong English communication in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Dining Service - assist with seating and building relationships with residents and guests.
• Help residents select meals and ensure a welcoming dining environment.
• Maintain safety and sanitation by setting/clearing tables and cleaning areas.
• Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes; keep dining and kitchen areas clean.
• Communicate proactively with residents and team members.
• Participate in special projects and attend trainings and team meetings as required.

Schedule:

Part Time - 48 hours/pay period - 6:00am-2:00pm. - Includes every other weekend and holiday

Pay Range:

$15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Server, You Will

• Provide Exceptional Dining Service - Assist with seating, building positive relationships with residents and guests, and helping resident select their meals.
• Ensure Safety and Sanitation - Set and clear tables, arrange seating, and maintain the cleanliness and conditional of all flatware and glassware. Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas. Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping while adhering to safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate Effectively - Proactively communicate with residents and team member.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.
