Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server for our Gilbert, AZ community. The role supports Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care with dining services tailored to residents’ needs.

Shifts are 3PM-8PM across four days per week, offering rewarding work with seniors in a supportive environment. Join a nationally recognized team focused on culture and growth, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly, timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals.
• Know daily specials and general descriptions of food items.
• Maintain side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the dining room while upholding hospitality standards.

Server Responsibilities

• You will take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards
