Job summary

Westminster Gardens in Duarte, CA, a HumanGood community, is seeking a part-time Server to provide attentive meal service to residents and guests across dining venues. to 8:00 p.m. with morning and afternoon coverage; compensation starts at $19.47 per hour.

Description

Westminster Gardens in Duarte, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2026 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a part-time Server. Under direct supervision, the Server provides attentive meal service to residents and guests across applicable dining venues. This role takes and enters orders, serves food and beverages, maintains assigned tables and service areas, and supports dining room setup and cleanup. The Server provides courteous, resident-focused service while maintaining established food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards.

Status: Part-time

Shift: Must have flexible availability to work both morning and afternoon shifts. Department hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Compensation: $19.47 to start

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Provides courteous and professional service.

• Follows food safety, sanitation, and service procedures.
