POSITION SUMMARY

The Server is responsible for assisting residents during mealtimes by taking orders, serving meals, and providing friendly and attentive service to enhance the dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take meal orders accurately while considering their dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Serve meals promptly and courteously, provide refills as requested.
• Help residents as required by greeting, assisting them to their tables, serving meals and beverages promptly.
• Communicate effectiveely with all other culinary staff to coordinate meal service efficiently.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance the dining experience.
• E Maintenance knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and portion sizes to answer resident questions accurately.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with special events or other dining activities as needed.
• Supervisory Responsibility: None.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

• Prior experience in similar facility or food service preferred.
